Butler Please, Sequins!

I used  3 coats of Essie Butler Please I just love this color it is just absolutely lovely. I have seen quite a few bloggers use loose glitter to make a designs so I thought I'd give it a go. I used some small silver glitter from hobby lobby, can I just say bless those ladies they must have patience of job with the small design I did and only on two nails it took what seemed like a life time.  It is very pretty however and as usual was topped with Seche Vite.

Leafy Greens

This is 2 coats of Essie Armed and Ready, I stamped with  Kleancolor Jazz olive using XL Shany Plate 4
It is a really subtly look but I did like it, I thought it would look better matted. In this case though, it made a subtle stamping even more subtle. Which is to say in person it was very hard to see anything there, still pretty nonetheless.

Bejeweled - Photo Heavy

This is 2 coats of the very beautiful holo by Enkelini Lets Dance and 1 coat on the thumb and ring finger of  LynBDesigns  Happy Go Lucky. I took the colors in Happy Go Lucky and added jewels from Ebay  in similar colors arranged in a flower shape. Topped it all off with 2 thick coats of Seche Vite (for the record 2 coats, thick or not weren't needed to keep the jewels on but I have issues with texture)

Red Feathers and Glitter

I just do not know when to stop. *Shakes Head
*
This is 3 coats of Nailtini Bloody Mary I should have stopped there really such a lovely color and it looked so pretty but noooooooooooooo.
I stamped a feather design in Essie Good as Gold  sorry I do not seem to have noted the plate If I find I will add. I had a hard time with with stamp placement and in the end I just didnt like it so I thought Glitter will make it better. So I added a coat of  Kleancolor City Never Sleeps, *sigh* when will I learn.

Green Dinosaurs

This is 3 coats of Zoya Mitzi, stamped with  Kleancolor Green Grass using the MJ IV Plate. I topped with Seche Vite but then I ended up making it matte I didn't like it shiny

With Seche Vite

Matted

This is one of my favorite stamps so cutesy. I do so love matte polish but it never loves me it chips so badly, even polish that normally doesn't chip badly does so when matted. Don't get me wrong my nails are oily I always have issues with chipping and peeling but the chipping especially seem to happen more when I matte polish.

Argyle Nails

I have seen many argyle nails  I took inspiration from Top Coat It  design.
This is 3 coats of Essie Butler Please for the base. I used Lime Crime Once in a Blue Mouse to free hand the triangles and diamond shapes I used the Kiss White Striper to make the dashed lines and topped with Seche Vite.

My free hand work wasn't that great but this turned out ok. I wanted to use painters tape but I couldn't find it and I have not had much luck using scotch tape. I think next time I'll start with light base and use the darker color, because took 2 coats of the lime crime to be as opaque as I liked.

Femme Fire - Jindie Nails

Gosh Have I mentioned how much I love Jindie Nails Polish. She just does an awesome job of making glitters that spread evenly and no fishing needed.  While it is true I have been moving away from using glitters
I have 3 thin coats of Femme Fire. Its a pink cream/jelly polish with orange, red and golden yellow satin matte glitters. I think I also had some medium sized red striped hex in this too. No top coat.

Its just lovely. One of the few pinks I like against my skin that isn't neon haha.
I'll always think her polish is worth the bother. I don't actually mean removing it I have opposite problem most glitter polishes just peel off my nails in sheets I can usually get the whole nail off like custom nail stickers or something. Its not particular to brand. I just have really oily nails so polish doesn't stay for long particularly thicker polishes or polish that I have over layered.

Green French

This is 4 coats of Julep Melissa with Kleancolor Metallic Green stamped using row M60 from the Xl konad Knock off plate. I free handed the french tip with detail brush.

I didn't really care for this look it actually the stamping is much more visible in the pictures than it was in real life. It wasn't my kind of subtle so I tried adding the funky french tips, then tried to help it by matting it. unfortunately nothing really helped this look.

Cherry Blossoms Nails

This is 3 coats of CQ Pistachio witch is a very light mint green color. I stamped the design with Kleancolor Expresso using row M66 of the XL Konad knock off plate.  Using a dotting tool  I filled in the flowers with Lime Crime Parfait Day and then redotted the middle with Expresso, I topped it all with Seche Vite.

I liked how this turned out. I tried to "fix" some of the branches and added limbs because I thought it looked a bit sparse. I think next time I do this look I'll use a non metallic and maybe a darker color for the branches. I think I'll also avoid the urge to add more branches to "fix" things hahahah.

Quincy and Kitties

I did this for my nieces birthday  she loves kittens :)
This is 2 coats of LynBDesigns Quincy. I used  Shany XL Plate 2 to stamp Color Club Emerald Depths  on the tips and Kleancolor Metallic Orange for the kitty designs  on my thumb and ring. I topped it off with Seche Vite.

Quincy is a a lovely yellow creme with teal and orange glitter.
This is the first time I have ever used a stamp to do a french tip, I think it turned out really well. I did have to double stamp the tips to make it as opaque as I like.

Aqua and Orange

This is 2 coats of Color Club Age of Aquarius  and  2 coats of LynBDesigns Oogie Boogie. I added a cutesy fimo guy I got from Ebay on my ring and thumb then top coated it with Seche Vite. It was so adorable,  I'm a sucker for aqua and orange combo.

Peacock Nails

I used 2 coats of Julep Ivy as a base, then stamped Essie Good as Gold using the BM212(all over feather design) and CK-06 (peacock) plates. I used dotting tool and  Julep Cindy to add the dots, and topped with Seche Vite.

The Ivy is almost a metallic blurple color shifts from blue to purple in the right light. You can sort of see it in the bottle shot. I got a lot of complements on this look :). there are some flaws but I quite like it.
