Starry Mess

This is 3 coats of CQ Tahitian Green with 1 coat of Hits Jazz. I cannot for the life of me remember which plate and I really did look. I stamped with  China Glaze Calypso Blue and used some star glitter from eBay.

It really is bit of a mess I like the greens together but I didnt care for the stamping at all.

Americana

The problem with having your posts go in a que is that some times they aren't very timely.
I did this post a few days before Independence Day.

I started with 1 coat of Polish Me To Go White Undies over that I added 2 coats  of Princessa white. On my pointer finger I did 2 coats of  China Glaze Starboard.
I used Vivid Lacquer plate Vl 005 stamped with Starboard for the stars on middle 2 fingers
and plate sh214 stamped using Konad White on my pointer. I used the XXL Konad knockoff row m14 stamped with Starboard and Avon Reviving Red for the USA Star and I did stripes using Avon Reviving Red.

I was fairly happy with how this turned out particularly my thumbs.

Reeds

I saw this look on someone in Adventures in Stamping group but they had done it in red with a gold holo and it was just stunning.
I used 2 coats of Illamasqua Rampage and plate pueen46 stamped using Color Club Kismet.

I think this turned out well, I did receive compliments. I do wish I had been able to center the design better and this is one of those times I wish my nails would grow a bit longer and stay.

Pink Glitter

This is 4 coats BK 09 pink polish, it was crappy, sheer and draggy just bad. For accent I have applied 2 coats Franken Frosting  pink glitter that doesnt appear to be labeled and I freehanded a french using Kleancolor Metallic Pink.

I'd say the last pic was the most true to color, I had some lighting issues so the pics aren't that great.

Golden Roses

This is 3 coats of Catrice Steel My Soul and oh my it is so beautiful the pics don't do it justice.
I used plate dash14 stamped with Barry M Gold .

I do realize this is a ton of pics but I did want to show the polish in different light and the stamp because i think the stamp is just gorgeous

Quilted Holo

I had seen several people do this look with the beads but I was hesitant to try it being that I lack patience as general rule and also coordination. I thought though what the heck so here we go.
I started with 3 coats of Color Club Cherubic and used my XXL Konad knock off  plate row m72 for thumb and Cheeky ch11 for the rest, stamped with Mash Black Stamper. The beads I got from a swap pal.

Yes there are crap loads of pics because it took me ages to do and neither of my brothers were not even a tiny bit impressed with my skillz.

Essie Fairies

This is 3 coats each of DJ Play that Song (pointer and pinky) and First Timer (middle and ring)
usign Nail Craze NC02 for the stars  and dashica plate dash 24 for the Fairies I stamped with opposite color.

I think this turned out well, I double stamped the stars and I think that was a mistake and  wish DJ had stamped a bit darker, but like how this turned out.  I love the colors and really like them together.

Swirled Clouds

This is 4 coats Wet N Wild Black Light Party. Yes you read correctly 4 coats and still very ficken sheer. it is so pretty a color but I do hate colors that require undies to be opaque.

I used Nail Craze NC02 stamped with Color Club Eternal Beauty.

Spotted Holos

I recently acquired a bottle of OPI Black Spotted. I debated for some time what to use it with and I thought wouldn't this look cool over a holo or 3.
I have used 3 coats each of Layla Ocean Rush(blue),Ultra Violet (purple), and Coral Glam with 1 Coat OPI Black Spotted over top.

Yeah, not so much right? I think this is one of those things that sounded great in my head but didn't work out in person. Also, OPI black spotted was so watery it flooded my cuticles and it was so hard to clean up. As is obvious because it looks like I made no attempt to clean here, but I assure you I did. When I went to take it off I found my normal polish remover pads wouldn't remove it and I ended up having to use pure Acetone to get it off.

I do wish the effect was more consistant I may try to play with it a bit more but I'll try to watch for the flooding.

Midnight RainBows

This is essentially a swatch post but I love Enkelini I was totally bummed when she moved to Austrailia, I hope she continues making polish there as her polish is divine, lucky Austrailians.
We have here 3 coats of Enkelini Midnight Rainbow  with some bow charms from Ebay.

Box Inspriration

For this manicure I was inspired by a trinket box my exchange pal sent me.
I used 3 coats of  Purple Pro #50 (which a different swap pal sent)  and using plate ga50, Stamped with Barry M Silver foil and added some pink iridescent glitter from eBay.

I was fairly happy with the way this turned out, some of the glitter I didn't place very well but I think with practice I'll improve.

Leafy V

This is 2 coats of A England Dragon on my pinky and pointer and 3 coats of Faces Of Australia Calypso Gold on my thumb, middle and ring fingers.  I used  plate Handy 16 and stamped with Dragon.

I liked dragon better in low light and I really loved faces of gold it was very sparkly in real life. My lack of patience got the better of me again you can see on the middle finger of my left hand where the polish actually slid because it wasnt quite dry enough. I did manage to finegle it almost back in place. The placement is slightly off but it is much better on my right hand than my left.
